This is a workplace where you can gain basic to advanced skills in Cantonese cuisine.
Ippeihanten creates small portions of refined Chinese cuisine incorporating seasonal ingredients. Ye Xiang Gang creates large portion dishes using authentic techniques from Hong Kong and rare ingredients.
You will be able to acquire knowledge of two different styles of Chinese cuisine and its requires skills and techniques under one roof. We welcome both experienced and inexpereinced applicants. Please contact us for to arrange any visits or training.
A word from the manager
We are a recently opened restaurant with our entire staff focused and diligently working on thinking of the customer first. In addition to serving customers, you will be able to gain knowledge around our wide selection of Chinese tea and wine. We regularly visit Japanese sake distilleries and wineries and are planning to visit French wineries in the future.
We also have many international customers and provide English lessons and training to help with your English skills.
